This is a typical Spanish carvery with the only wood burning oven in Lanzarote. It's relaxed and unpretentious where good hearty meals are the main fare. Highly recommended are the Segovian specialties cochinillo (roast suckling pig with skin so crispy it cracks at the touch of a plate) and succulent roasted milk fed veal as well as the best beef, juicy spare ribs and a great variety of mixed grill done to perfection. The warm friendly staff help make this charming restaurant a family favourite.
